Don't quote me but i'm pretty sure somewhere in the Cisco docs they don't advise you use DNS names for getting the the CUCM as if your DNS server fails so will the URLS.
Anyway, in CUCM make the following the URL for Services
http://x.x.x.x:8080/ccmcip/getservicesmenu.jsp
