Hello,
A customer met a strange problem with his User Tracking IP phones reports. Actually, the reports show the same result in the first and the following pages.
I attach the screenshots showing the problem on the first and second pages.

What version of Campus Manager is this?

it is LMS 3.1 with all patches installed. So, Campus Manager 5.1.1

Enable User Tracking Reports debugging under Campus Manager > Admin > Debugging Options > User Tracking Reports. Reproduce the error, then post the Cmapps.log.
