CRS Issue

Ihave an issue where by the CRS is showing partial service. I have located that the partial service is in the unified CM telephony subsystem. But I am struggling to find what might be causing this. Any Help would be great.

I have this problem too.

Logging error messages to a syslog server can help to easily troubleshoot issues like these.

Post the error message from Syslog, Windows log or CRS log.

Review the MIVR logs on CRS server, they will tell you the reason.

Typically this is caused by deleted CTI Port on CM etc, JTAPI resynch can fix it.

I will get the logs and might have to post them here for assistance. The resync you mention is that under the unified CM telephony subsection as there is a resync tab. Is this service effecting in any way?

Resynching a prodution CRS node will impact calls so I would recommend resynching after hours or during the least busy hour. If the system is not in production you can resynch at any time
