CICP compatible with Belkins and Netgear

I have 3 customers that have a combination of Belkin and Netgear wireless routers. They can connect VPN and CICP phone register without problems however when they use wireless the soft phone does not register.

If I take it home and use my Linksys works fine.

What can be the problem and how do I fix it?

Check preferences->network, set device name to be same as in wired connection.
