Hi Mattieu,

Just to add a note to the good info from Java, I just thought you might be interested in using the "Compact" skin;

Skins Allows you to change the look of the interface. Cisco IP Communicator

comes with two skins: the default skin (right-click > Skins > Default

Mode) and the compact skin (right-click > Skins > Compact Mode).

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,

in the folder C:/Programs/Cisco Systems\Cisco IP Communicator\skins\images

you have all the skin images

and then you must edit the XML configuration file too in the folder:

Cisco Systems\Cisco IP Communicator\skins\

for example you will find:

"default.xml" and "mercurio.xml"

Hi, are there any updates on this? Because the default GUI looks really "ugly" and old fashioned like previous mentioned..
