Hi all,
we are running Cisco Unified Call Manager 4.3 and having the problem that users permanently call our numbers directly instead off dialing the hotline number.
No we'd like to blacklist certain directory numbers so that they cannot reach us directly anymore and are blocked or forwarded to the hotline.
Is this possible with the Call Manager (4.3) or isn't there any comparable feature ?

no, CUCM does not compares ANI to any list or for any routing
call block can only be achieved on H323 gateways
