I have standart CTI port that configured with IVR RP from ICM.
When user call number 5000 they see on Cisco Phone screen Numbers:
Is it possible to hide internal Agent phone number from users? Forexample I can hide number with Translation Pattern, but in this way I should use some prefix.
Can you advice how I can do it? Maybe with some features in ICM?
Solution that I want to provide - users can call internal number of callcenter, but when they call CTI Route Point of callcenter they shouldn't see Agent's phone number.
Can somebody help me in this question?
