LMS 2.5 cannot see chassis view for Cisco 3550

Hi folks -

In Cisco Works LMS 2.5, I am unable to bring the chassis view of any of my CIsco 3550 switches. I can bring up the chassis view of the 3750 switches without a problem.

Does LMS 2.5 not support 3550?

What error do you get? What version of the Cat3550 CiscoView package do you have loaded?

hi ksarin!

You need device package for Cat3550 - Catalyst3550 device package. I don't know what's the latest version, but 8.0 works fine with me.
