Anyone knows if the WS-C3560G-24TS-S switch is a Blocking or a Non-Blocking Switch ?

This platform have 32 Gbps forwarding bandwidth performance and your switch is a 24 port with maybe 2 gig uplinks? So, yes, this switch is non-blocking.

The WS-C3560G-24TS-S has 28 gig ports, for true non-blocking, this would require a fabric to provide 28 * 2 (for duplex) = 56 Gbps. The specified 32 Gbps fabric is insufficient. (Also, the rated 38.7 Mpps, I believe, would not guarantee wire speed for all ports.)


If you truly want a similar small 24 copper gig port L3 switch with sufficient fabric bandwidth (and forwarding rate), consider the 3560E-24TD, its fabric provides 128 Gbps (and 65.5 Mpps).
