I am looking at ways to span 4 vlans currently configured at one site to another site.
The VLANs are configred on a 6509 which is connected to 3845 with a T3 connection to the remote site. The remote site where I need to span the VLANs to has a 6506.
I will also need to take in consideration the ISP equipment. At the main site, the T3 in my 3845 terminate onto the ISP 7206VXR
at the remote site My 6506 connects to th ISP switch, so I believe there are additional ISP equipment in the mix.
What is the best way to span these VLANs. It is required to replicate VMs at the remote site.
Thank you for your help

Hello Ramzi,
L2TPv3 can carry Vlan based 802.1Q subifs over an IPv4 network.
It should be supported on both routers
see
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/12_3t2/feature/guide/gtl2tpv3.html
and for vlan based L2tpv3
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/12_3t2/feature/guide/gtl2tpv3.html#wp1046193
Hope to help
Giuseppe
