CUE problems with SIP provider (and CCME)

Am having some problems with users not being able to leave voicemail messages on a CUE when calls are made to the system from externally. The end user is played a prompt to leave a voicemail but the message is not recording and no notification is given. Internally - this works fine.

The calls inbound from externally come in via a SIP provider. I thought it was a codec problem so configured transcoders but that has not resolved the issue.

Any help - gratefully received.

Hi Dave,

From a quick glance at the configuration - it's got something to do with your ACLs and/or the policy routing.

I would slowly remove piece by piece, find out which ACL or routemap is causing the problem, and then look closer at that piece.
