Mobility no longer working

I am running CUCM 6.1.2 with mobility.

Last week, a user complained that their cell no longer rang when the desk phone rang. I reset his devices, and all worked fine.

Today, I get a complaint that all users are having a problem with this. Is there a service to restart? This has been working for months with no other problems.

I have this problem too.

I'd check the health of your pub/sub first with RTMT. Make sure the dbreplication is going on between them correctly. In the DB status screen you should see Pub "2" Sub "2" and finally "4". If you see other numbers, there is an issue, which could be causing mobility to break.

Mobility is simple a shared line. Any changes made since then? Such as LDAP integration or ?
