I have installed the click-to-dial widget application on my desktop which also has Outlook 2003 (with Office 2003) installed. I have been able to use the click-to-dial functionality from most of the supported applications. However, when I do a right-click on an record in Outlook Contacts I do not see the 'Additional Actions' options in the menu. The menu option is accessible in other areas of Outlook such as from an email address in the Inbox or a calendar invite. What could I be missing?
Thanks,
Shrenik

Hi,
same problem with a current customer installation. Has anyone a clue, why this is not working?
IE, Firefox, Word, Excel is working but not Outlook 2003.

Hi,
I have the same problem too..
The installation is on a WindowsXP SP3 client. The user is a domain user.
IE, word, excel are ok but outlook does not display the "additional actions" when right click on the contact.
Did you find a solution?

hi,
try to install click to call manually or do use the install pack without the .NET package. That worked for me.
