Associate the user with a valid primary extension/numplan.

This would stop displaying the warning message.

I recieved the sam error messages, i opened a case w Cisco and here's what they said. From what i can tell this is old user info..

After some research I found that this issue is a Bug CSCsq78533

<http://cdets.cisco.com/apps/goto?identifier=CSCsq78533>

Unfortunately it's not fixed yet, then I found similar cases as yours and this is what developers state.

"These are not errors just warnings so even with this warnings if you proceed your upgrade would succeed. The only problem is that you won't be able to see the multiple device association for those users reporting error".

Example. User thompt maybe had a device with the MAC 0006d79c6 associated in the past, and now It's not found into the database, so It won't be added.
