CCX 7.0.1 with Nuance MRCP Server

We've had CCX Enterprise installed and working nicely in production for a couple of weeks now, and we'd now like to start using Nuance Vocalizer 4 for some TTS stuff.

I've managed to install and get Nuance running but cannot get a script to read back any text? As far as I know I have Nuance set up correctly and the correct format for the TTS file, but am finding it extremely difficult to get my hands on any Nuance guides; in particular the Nuance MRCP Server User Guide.

Does anyone have a copy they can email me, a link to the guide or has anyone managed to get this working and doesn't mind me picking their brains for tips/tricks?

I'm confused, are you on CCX 7 or CCE 7?

The differences are X = Express, and E = Enterprise.

You used both in describing what you have.

Sorry for the confusion.

We have CCX 7 with Premium license (rather than Standard) to enable the TTS function of CCX.

ok, did you setup the MRCP settings under Subsystems? And that all looks good?

Did you also override the media for the application trigger so that "default" was not the only thing listed, and your tts one was on top?
