I am trying to bring up 3 pri's (new install) and I am receiving this when I debug "isdn q921" *Feb 11 14:17:24 MST: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q921: S4_SABME: BACKHAULED & vsc_wants_L2_up = FALSE
IDEAS? I have verified pri switch type

It looks like you need to do this:
interface Serial 0/0/0:23
no isdn bind-l2 q921

take this command from the config:
isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager
then try again
confirm domain name config on CCM is hostname+domain (if configured)

I got them up, I had to remove the binding from the serial int.
