ANI server problem - LMS 3.1

I have installed LMS 3.1 with campus manager v.5.1.0. It isn't possible to show topology services. I recieve the message in pop-up window:


Cannot connect to ANI server: ANIServer6.0-mf00ms19

Probable Cause

Unknown Error..

Recommended Action

Verify that ANIServer6.0-mf00ms19 is running and restart Campus Manager


List of processes contains row:

ANIServer Running with busy flag

After restart this service is the same situation.

I have reinstalled it several times, but result is still the same.

Does anybody know what is going wrong?

Make sure TCP ports 42342 and 43242 are open between client and server. That is, you must be able to telnet to these two ports from the client to the server, and not get an error or timeout.

Hi, I have tested both port and they are accessible. so than I have removed and reinstalled whole application and this was the most simply solution.
