How would I create an access list denying several groups of macs.

say:

mac access-list extended test_list

Now I want to deny non consecutive groups of macs. 2100.0000.0000 thru 2100.0000.0007 and 3100.0000.0000 thru 3100.0000.0007. would I need 2 different lists? what would be my format if i can do it in one list.

One entry should be fine:

2100.0000.0000 mask efff.ffff.fff8

and that will mask account for all 8 macs. 2100.0000.0000 thru 2100.0000.0007

is the 'e' correct at the beginning of the mask you sent efff.ffff.fff8

yes, it is for both 2100 and 3100.

how about 6100 and 7100

6100 mask efff
