Yes, this is possible.
1. You need to create a Partition/CSS.
e.g. pt-plar, pt-internal in css-plar.
2. create a "blank" translation pattern with the Called Party Mask set to the DN. e.g. 2000; use the pt-plar, css-plar created above.
3. Add this PT/CSS to the DN of the PLAR line.
