Hi there,
I've never used transparent firewalling and I'm wondering if there are any differences in the latency introduced by a firewall in routed mode vs transparent mode. Does anyone know if it's even an issue? Traffic loads will be around 100-200Mbps.
Thanks,

There should be no difference. they both process ACL's but the transparent FW doesn't support NAT. Might see a slight difference if you are and then aren't doing NAT but I seriously doubt it.
