Cisco Agent Desktop Preferences Icon

Hello,

We just recently upgraded to CRS 4.0(5) SR2, and I have been getting complaints that the "Preferences" icon is not available/visible in the toolbar on the Cisco Agent Desktop clients. I checked the Desktop Admin and made sure that the configuration was marked "Visible." I unchecked it, started up the CAD, then closed the CAD. I then went back into Desktop Admin, rechecked "Visible" and then started the CAD again. Same problem. Not exactly sure if this is a bug or what I am missing, but if someone has some insight, that would be helpful. Thanks.
