Microsoft Dynamics AX Access through an ASA

I permitted https, web and 1433 (SQL) access from the outside to the Enterprise Portal (EP). I can access the EP, but I cannot then get information from the Reports/Analysis box. The system works ok from the inside.

When you say "Reports/Analysis box", do you mean the Application Object Server (AOS)?

Yes, but this box is being used as the Database box as well.

I'm learning more about Microsoft Dynamics as I go through this process, but I feel that if the Dynamics set up had been completed correctly, I would only have to open the firewall for web/https access After that, the EP would then proxy everything else. I guess that my basic problem is that I don't know enough about Dynamics to tell the client that it hasn't been set up correctly.
