CUVCM 5.5 Gatekeeper error 10035 and video P2P disconnection

Unanswered Question
Feb 13th, 2009

Under the Cisco Gatekeeper Log on VideoCM 5.5 there are some errors :

31428:15:14:59 <GK-MC> <- Notification: H245 Call end (origin = MC)

31429:15:14:59 [APP] (LI) liTcpRecv: sock 20464 len 4 bytes -1 error 10035

Then the video P2P disconnects.

Does someone know what "error 10035" mean?

Under MC log there are just lines like this :

[15:14:59] [APP] [15:14:59] {46036} Chan E9630013 state changed to Disconnected

[15:14:59] {46087} <MC-GK> -> Notification: H245 Call end (origin = MC)

[15:15:01] {46088} <MC-GK> <- Notification: Conference Terminated (origin = GK).

I don't know if it's a network problem or a GK problem.

I have this problem too.

10035 Points to this error %CI-1-BLOWSHUT

Here are the details for the error message

%CI-1-BLOWSHUT: Blower failure, shutdown in [dec] seconds

One of the six blowers in a five-slot chassis has failed. All blowers are needed for router operation because each blower cools a separate region of the card(s) in the chassis. If a blower failure persists for 2 minutes, the router will shut itself down and will need to be power cycled.

Recommended Action: Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

Thanks for your reply

but CUVCM isn't an IOS router, it's an appliance : "Windows Server 2003 Appliance Edition" whith CUVCM installed on.

In fact it's a Cisco OEM (Radvision).

MCS-7800 Series.

The gatekeeper component is called IP/VC.
