I am using callmanager 6.1 and mgcp gateway 3025 with fxo port
My issue when a long call to any pstn no: from any ip phone after some time only the end call option is there...there is no option for transfer conference etc like supplementary services
Voice experts please give any suggessions for troubleshooting....

that can happen if communication to the CUCM server is interrupted
check for QoS issues and packet drops specially SCCP

CUCM trace with keepalives enabled, sniffer trace from CUCM and phone
check the routing all the way and QoS config if you have it
