I am trying to setup a VG224 to replace the large bank of ATAs I have collected for faxing. When I do a sho ccm I see the VG224 is registered. Looking in UCM 6 I see the individual ports showing Registration Rejected.

Here is the config I am running:

chvg224#sho run | b mgcp

ccm-manager mgcp

ccm-manager config server 10.4.1.10

!

mgcp

mgcp call-agent 10.4.1.10 service-type mgcp version 0.1

mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band

mgcp rtp unreachable timeout 1000 action notify

mgcp modem passthrough voip mode nse

mgcp package-capability rtp-package

mgcp package-capability sst-package

no mgcp package-capability res-package

no mgcp package-capability fxr-package

no mgcp timer receive-rtcp

mgcp sdp simple

mgcp fax t38 inhibit

mgcp rtp payload-type g726r16 static

mgcp bind control source-interface FastEthernet0/0

mgcp bind media source-interface FastEthernet0/0

!

Make sure the device you set up in Call Manager is called "chvg224" or, if you have a domain name in your router config, "chvg224.yourdomain.com". Though, by your symptoms, it looks like you got that far already.

Also, to have your dial peers created automatically, you may add "ccm-manager config", otherwise create them manually and add the "service mgcpapp" command under each one.
