Im looking for a solution to deny access to the internet with a 3G ppp modem, when the wired etherned is active.

It seems the 3G modem exe-file is using some Microsoft API or DLL's for dialing to the 3G ISP But how do I find out ?

Which version of CSA?

You could create a system state that denies access to any other network when Ethernet is active and connected to yours.

Yea, i know i allready have done that. Its not only about access, but im looking for a solution, where its not possible to diale up with the 3G modem. I allready have "no access" between the active ethernet & the 3G connection, but thats not enough for the costumer, users shouldnt be allowed to dialup with the 3G modem, when ethernet is active. So i have to deny/terminate the 3G /PPP process , but how ???

Well, most 3G providers have special dialing application, if your customers does to you could create an application control rule in the "Ethernet Active" system state that deny's starting this app.

Try a DAC that adds the .exe, dialer and all descendants to an app class and deny access when Ethernet is active.
