We have installed click to call, and it works on most machines. The issue we are having is, it will not let you click to call from email. Word, web, they work fine, just not email (outlook). Anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

When calling from email it uses the global address list, not the local contacts to find the number.
Microsoft Outlook contacts can be used to dial on the IP phone. Right click on the contact, and select the Call Contact option. This triggers the Cisco Telephony Service Provider (TSP) to dial that particular contact on an associated IP phone.

If you are trying to call from the body, you cannot it is considered cleartext.

So, if someone sends me an email, and this email contains a phone number, I can not click to call until they are added to the GAL?

Hi,
this bug is fixed in a ES Version available through Cisco TAC.
