OCS/MOC

When a call is placed to an IP phone, MOC shows the incoming call, but the MOC client will not create an audible notification on the PC. All the audio works on pc and it does give off other audible alerts that the pc is set for, just not the inbound call notification from MOC?

What version of MOC are you using? If you are using R1, make sure you run the update from December 2008. If you running R2, make sure you are running R2 OCS.

The client was upgraded per TAC in January.

The server was not, but we are doing that soon.
