Hi there,
Our Call Centre manager wants the ability to send SMS messages to customers if we need to update them on changes to travel times etc and wants to know what SMS functionality is available to us with our current Cisco setup.
We are running CallManager 4.1(3) IPCC Express 4.0(4) and Cisco Unity 5.0.
Is this something configurable utilising our current setup or do we need to look at third party products.
Does anyone know of products that integrate into Cisco for this purpose.
