I recently add a remote site. The Gateway is running IOS 12.4.15-T8 and the Callmanager is V5.12. Everthing seems to be working however I notice the Vocie Gateway indicate the Configuration Auto-Download Fail. See below.

Configuration Auto-Download Information

=======================================

No configurations downloaded

Current state: Downloading XML file

Configuration Download statistics:

Download Attempted : 5

Download Successful : 0

Download Failed : 0

TFTP Download Failed : 8857

Configuration Attempted : 0

Configuration Successful : 0

Configuration Failed(Parsing): 0

Configuration Failed(config) : 0

I have attached a ccm debug and ccm config.

Any help is appreciated.

Mark

Hi All,

Anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks.

Mark

Hi Mark,

I would do a quick test:

Try downloading this file:

tftp://10.108.15.9/CATOR3RT2851-1.cnf.xml

You can use the tftp client that should be built into windows (maybe not Vista), a 3rd party tftp client, or just the router cli.

If you can download it, it may be a ccm manager config error, or a way the CUCM is writing the file.

If you can't download it, I would try restarting the TFTP service on CUCM.

Hi Nick,

I am able to download the file using tftp client or from a PC's commnd prompt. But I can't run the tftp command from touter's cli, % Unrecognized command. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mark

Thanks Nick. The no ccm mgcp and ccm mgcp has resolved the problem.

Thanks again
