I need help. I am trying to bring a voice PRI up on a 2811 under MGCP control. I am running UCM 6.1
I cannot get this PRI to pass calls at all, of course this is my first attempt at doing anything other than an FXO on a gateway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Begin checking "show controllers T1".
Also consider,an H.323 would be simpler and gives you more features and flexibility.
In any case you also need
network-clock-participate wic 3
network-clock-select 1 t1 0/3/1

Did you configure the GW properly in CallManager, does it show registered?
Few commands to look at on the gW:
"sh controller t1" - will show you layer one connectivity
"sh isdn status" - will show you L2 ISDN status, you are looking for multiple_frames_establisher here
"sh ccm-manager" - will show you registration status with CM
if all of these pass, then I would look at CM configuration for misconfiguration, i.e. wrong CSS applied to the GW, wrong number of significant digits, etc
For outbound calls you need to ensure your GW is defined in RG--> RL --> Route Pattern that is accessible from the calling device (phone) via proper Calling Search space/partition configuration.

Well I gave up on MCCP and went H323 and it started passing calls.
Isdn status is good
The show controller does indicate continued slip secs though.
I can call outbound now and it is great. I am having trouble with my inbound peers though, I dial in to the first DID and I just get dialtone.
I need to figure out how to tie those DID's from the PSTN to my internal DN's.
Oh and happy Valentines day by the way.
