EIGRP Tags not propogating

We have a 6509 with Sup720 10ge and when connecting to the MPLS circuit, the device is not

seeing receiving the EIGRP Tags, and by doing so is causing routing loops.

We need to work out if the issue is code related as this is working on another site with

similar configurations, but differing faeture sets.

The working one is running ipservices 12.2.33sxh4 and the one that isnt working is running

advancedipservices 12.2.33SXI.

Are the routes in question external routes?

Eigrp can only tag routes from other routing protocol.

They are coming in from the ISP, wereas we have exactly same setup for backup and it comes from different ISP and theat is working.
