We run Domino Notes 8.0.2 as our messaging platform and have Cisco Unity integrated via Domino Unified Communication Services (DUCS), version 1.2.5. This works well, however, with the introduction of Domino Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packs DUCS stops working.
I suspect this is because both DUCS and MUI alter the mail template.
As we are rolling out Domino across Europe, we are trying to find a fix. IBM are pointing to Cisco for a fix, as it is now a Cisco product.
