CUCM 6.x Phone Firmware report.

How can I get a report of all the phones in the cluster along with the firmware load they are running?

Can a database query provide this info and if so what would be the db command?

The Firmware Load Information report only checks the database configuration, not the actual firmware running on the live phones. In other words, it will only report if a phone has an alternate firmware load configured on the Device configuration page.
