ASA5510 VPN policy issues

When connecting to my firewall via a vpn CLient (cisco) i am getting the following error on the ASDM.

3 Feb 13 2009 16:43:54 713042 IKE Initiator unable to find policy: Intf OUTSIDE, Src: 192.168.254.1, Dst: 192.168.254.255

The VPN does connect and i am able to connect to network resource acorss the vpn tunnel.

This message is created when the traffic flow from inside to outside (tipically) is unable to find an encryption policy match and traffic is dropped, can you post your config? It might need a little sanitation, is this the only vpn you have? No L2L?
