"event id 16640" in event viewer slowing down LMS 3.0

HI,

My LMS 3.0 is very slow. Process CPU nearly 100% and error message all the time in event view (see attached file)

I have trie d to resart the server several time, but the message is still there.

Do you know thi pb ?

You need to upgrade to DFM 3.0.4, and this problem will be fixed. You're seeing CSCsm04957.

That will certainly solve my pb.

Do you know if I can upgrade directly from DFM 3.0.0 to 3.0.4 , because in the release note they say "verify that DFMÂ 3.0.2 or 3.0.3 is installed" but do I need to upgrade first to dfm 3.0.2 and where can I find this release ?

You must upgrade to LMS 3.0.1 before upgrading to DFM 3.0.4. LMS 3.0.1 can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms301 .
