Unlock SCCP IP Phone fails

When I configured the phones I was able to unlock them with the standard **# password. Now when I go back in I am prompted for a password (also shows username: administrator' and realm of the MAC. **# does not work, get Authentication Failed. I only have this problem on desktop models, not the wireless. Any suggestions?

Are you first pressing Settings button on the phone before entering the code?

Yes I am. Then I get an Authorization Required! screen that gives me UserName, Password, and Realm. The UserName is administrator and I cannot change it. The realm is the MAC of the phone, and I cannot change that either. When I enter the **# in the password box, I get a message that Authentication failed.
