You can use pickup groups with hunt groups, however you have to enable the functionality as it's not there by default.

By default, any call arriving from a hunt group cannot be picked up at all, regardless of which phone it is ringing on.

Go into Enterprise Parameters in CCMAdmin

Scroll down to find Cisco Support Use 1

Enter the following case-sensitive string:


Save this.

When you go to the Hunt Pilot, you will see a Call Pickup group option.

Set this and the normal pickup options will all work.
