I want to restrict users to call agent for directly number.
Users should call Agents only from CALLCENTER number.
When I changed Line Partition on Agent phone - Agent cann't login to CAD. Appears message "Cann't connect to CTI OS"
When I make back Line Partition for old one - Agent can login.
Who can explain depends of Partitions and CAD?
I thought that Partitions are used only for unified proccessing in CUCM.
