CTI RP and CSS question. Problem to login for CAD

I want to restrict users to call agent for directly number.

Users should call Agents only from CALLCENTER number.


When I changed Line Partition on Agent phone - Agent cann't login to CAD. Appears message "Cann't connect to CTI OS"


When I make back Line Partition for old one - Agent can login.


Who can explain depends of Partitions and CAD?


I thought that Partitions are used only for unified proccessing in CUCM.

When you changed the PT, did you reset the phone?

Under users did the extension still appear under IPCC Extension?

Basically when you change PT, it's the same as if you changed the extension completely, you need to ensure all applications are aware of the change.
