Yes, you can run BAT to associate services with devices. Also, if you have CM 7 you can make the services enterprise which means all phone will be automatically subscribed to them.
I am trying to find this setting under Service Parameters but can't seem to find it. Can you give me some more detail on where the enterprise setting is located? I want to subscribe all phones to the Extension Mobility service.
