unity snmp string grayed out

customer has unity w/ unity failover. Noticed that both servers have the snmp string option grayed out.

has anyone seen this before? Does the service need to be reinstalled? if yes, do serverrs need to be rebooted?

Need a little more info. What version of Unity.... what window/ tab are you looking at??

unity is 5.0(1) on win 2003.

Under snmp services, in security tab:

under community names is public. the add button is grayed out.

under trap, the private community name is listed(??).

the snmp service was reinstalled w/o rebooting server but did not resolve issue
