I have a 6509 with 2 x WS-CAC-3000W power supplies installed. The issue is that when i do a sh power it shows the PS are only supplying 1200w of power each.

Why would these power supplies not put out their full wattage?

system power redundancy mode = combined

system power total = 1952.16 Watts (46.48 Amps @ 42V)

system power used = 1611.12 Watts (38.36 Amps @ 42V)

system power available = 341.04 Watts ( 8.12 Amps @ 42V)

Power-Capacity PS-Fan Output Oper

PS Type Watts A @42V Status Status State

---- ------------------ ------- ------ ------ ------ -----

1 WS-CAC-3000W 1171.38 27.89 OK OK on

2 WS-CAC-3000W 1171.38 27.89 OK OK on

Are you plugged into 110 VAC or 220 VAC?

The 3000W P/S requires 220 V input to deliver 3000W of power. Check out:
