UCM7 has phones in the same cluster in which calling phone to phone does not display calling name, only number. Corp directory local to box. Any ideas where to look?
corporate directory has nothing to do this this. Ensure the "display" field is populated under the DN on phones, also "alerting name" will provide the name to the calling party while the phone is in alerting state (ringing).
