I cannot get around the Desk Phone errors when doing a "show server health". I've followed the troubleshooting guide and confirmed all settings are correct. Is there anything outside of that, that can be checked?

Logon Server, phone config (tftp) and Presense are all green.

Can you go to CUPC > Help, enable detailed logging? Try exit and log back in again. Attach the problem report here.
