Supervisor Desktop - Enhance features Monitor and Record

Dear all,

We are using IPCC Express Enhanced 4.0. After installation we are able to use all enhance feature from Supervisor desktop but now we can not use Monitor and Record feature anymore. We have not do any change recently and wonder why it is not working?

Any idea?

Many thanks for your input.

I wonder "VoIP Monitoring and Recording" service that you mention above is the "Cisco Desktop VoIP Monitor Service" from the control center of IPCC server?

I have two servers run concurrently (redundant purpose). The service mention above is running on both servers but do not show the status of master (M) or standby (S) in front of it. Could it be the problem?

If it is not the service that you mention, could you help me, where to check that service?
