Pilot Point and hunt Group>>Call Routing

Hi,

Just wanted to check with Pilot point and console, noted that keeps on ringing if the first member of huntgroup doesn't answer the call, but doesn't jump to next member in the list.

But if the first user is busy the call automatically to the next member.

I am using "First Available Hunt Group Member" as the selection order.

Is this the default nature?? or is a bug??

note>>I am using only IP Phones and no attendant console.

I have this problem too.

Does the call forward to next member if you change the treatment to say "Longest Idle" as a test?

It does not, the same happens no matter which algorithm is used.
