CUCME7 - 3911 communications

Hi!

We are able to register the sip phones but there are no communication signals, we cannot receive or make calls.

What could be the problem?

Post the following output:

Output of the command 'show dial-peer voice summary'

Output of the command 'show sip reg status'

Enable 'debug ccsip all'

Hi Ana,

The 3911 will display it's DN while it is unregistered, unlike many other phones. This can lead you to believe the phone is registered when it's really not.

Can you post 'show sip status registrar'?

If the DN does not show up there, you will need to send us 'show run | s voice register' and 'debug ccsip messages' after you reset the phone.
