yes, in RTMT you can pull the application logs, it's near the part where you download the traces. i assume you know how to do this.

Alternatively, you could enable syslog on Call Manager (set logging level to Error to minimize the amount of log message), each time a phone un-register, Call Manager will send a syslog 'Error' message to your syslog server.
