CSQ in ipcc express

Hi. I need a help on CSQ. As per cisco, a agent can become a member maxumum of 25 CSQ , not more than that in IPCC EXPRESS. Is there any way to incrase this.

My second question is , customer wants a agent can become a member of more than 25 csq. is it possible in IPCC Enterprise edition. pls explain.

how to increase this.

First of all why would you need to include an agent in more than 25 CSQ?

Keep in mind a CSQ is not a skill, a CSQ comprises of skills, so perhaps you can build your CSQs more efficiently, i.e. CSQ combines multiple CSQ.

In Enterprise there is no concepts of CSQs, you simply have Skills, there is not theoretical limit as to how many skills an agent can belong to, but that drives the bandwidth requirements up.

Hi Chris. You are correct. But Customer have requirement to increase more than 25.

But I got to know the soln through some Tech how to increase the CSQ more than 25, even cisco did not have soln. But if you do this, cisco TAC may not support.

Below is the hwo to change it.

Go to C:\Program Files\wfavvid\properties

- Edit appadmin.properties with notepad

-Change the value icd.maxcsqsperagent=25 to icd.maxcsqsperagent=36

-Save the file and restart Node Manager
