yes, the implementation of what you're looking for is directed call park and is exactly for that purpose. it's the only option.

I agree with java. There isn't a way to do show dynamically parked calls on a phone button.

However if you are using Attendant Console the call park window can show you the parked calls in the system with the call park number and the caller id of the person parked there. At least in CM 6.X it can I'm not sure about 4.X releases.

I also confugured Directed Call Park but somehow it is not working..can u plz suggest any changes to be done in the Phone Softkey & how??
